About the Role
American Dreams Staffing Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain records, and assist management with various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
Support the management team with office coordination and communication tasks
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
