Types of Work Assignments

ADSA Associate

Being an ADSA associate means you’ve established a relationship with our agency, and we are actively working to find the right job for you. Associates may also become eligible for various benefits, which your ADSA representative can explain.

Evaluation Hire

In this type of assignment, you accept a position for a pre-determined trial period (usually around 90 days) to see if the role is the right fit for both you and the employer. Evaluation hires often lead to full-time employment, but there’s no obligation for either party.

Temporary Staffing

Temporary or contract assignments vary in length depending on your availability and the employer’s needs. Assignments may last a few days, several weeks, or months. You decide which assignments you want to take, giving you flexibility and variety.

Direct Hire Placement

Direct hire positions place you directly with a company in a full-time role. ADSA provides support throughout the hiring process, including access to our network of employers, salary negotiation guidance, resume assistance, and interview preparation.

Important W-2 Information

In accordance with federal law, your W-2 form will be mailed on or before Friday, Jan. 31, 2025.

Your W-2 will be sent to the address currently on file with ADSA. Please contact us to verify that your address is correct to ensure timely delivery.

W-2 forms will be mailed from our headquarters and will not be available at the local office.

Upon receiving your W-2, please verify that your Social Security Number and personal information are correct. If you notice any errors, contact your ADSA representative for assistance.

If you have questions regarding your earnings or withholding amounts, reach out to your ADSA representative.

Request a W-2

You can retrieve your W-2 information in two ways:

Email: Complete and submit the W-2 Duplicate Request Form to have a copy emailed to you (no online account required).
Download and Print: Log into your ADSA Workforce Account to download and print your W-2 form.
