Welcome to ADSA! Your Onboarding Guide

At American Dreams Staffing Agency (ADSA), we’re committed to making your onboarding experience smooth, easy, and informative. This page will guide you through everything you need to get started as an ADSA associate.

Step 1: Complete Your Associate Signup

If you haven’t already, fill out the ADSA Associate Sign-Up Form. This ensures we have all your basic information and can start matching you with the right opportunities.

Step 2: Submit Required Documentation

To comply with federal and state employment laws, please provide:

  • Valid ID(s) for verification

  • Completed I-9 Form

  • Completed W-4 Form (for tax withholding)

  • Any other documents your ADSA representative requests

These forms help us process payroll and ensure a smooth start.

Step 3: Set Up Your Payroll

ADSA uses Gusto for payroll management. After completing your onboarding forms, you’ll receive instructions to create your Gusto account. Through Gusto, you can:

  • Access pay stubs and earnings statements

  • Track hours worked

  • Update personal and tax information

  • Receive direct deposit payments securely

Step 4: Learn About Your Work Assignments

As an ADSA associate, you may be placed in:

  • Temporary Assignments – Flexible jobs for short-term needs

  • Evaluation/Temp-to-Hire Assignments – Trial periods that may lead to permanent roles

  • Direct Hire Placements – Full-time positions directly with employers

Your ADSA representative will explain your assignment options and help you choose roles that match your skills and goals.

Step 5: Review Company Policies & Benefits

During onboarding, you’ll learn about:

  • Workplace expectations and policies

  • Safety and compliance guidelines

  • Benefits and perks available to ADSA associates

Step 6: Get Started!

Once all forms are submitted and your payroll is set up, you’re ready to begin your assignments! Your ADSA representative will continue to provide support, answer questions, and ensure your success.
