Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and partnership development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as a proactive approach to achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Prepare and negotiate service agreements, pricing, and terms.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or staffing industry roles.
